Sumehck Foam Industries Limited is a proudly Nigerian limited liability company.
Our story began in 1996 in the city of Aba, by the late Elder Dr. John Osuchukwu who was a renowned industrialist and community leader. During our startup in Aba, we focused on box foaming business.

Today we’re one of the leading firms in our industry, with a state-of-the-art facility situated at Sumehck Foam Road, Orji/Uratta, Owerri North, Owerri, Imo State. Our product range now includes foam Blocks, Mattresses, Pillows, Orthopedic Mattresses, Beddings, etc. We also offer customized foam products on request.

Our mission is to bring quality, durability and comfort to people at a decent a price. 

Sumehck Foam Industries Ltd is approved by the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and we’re also a key member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN). We regularly appear in the South East yearly edition of the MAN magazine.

WHAT WE DO

Manufacture of over 50 grades of foam blocks to meet the market needs and demands of
consumers. These foam blocks are sold to retailers who then sell to the consumers and
furniture makers.

- We also offer conversion services to retailers, furniture makers and sometimes walk in
customers at a cost or complimentary for some retailers. Conversion includes but is not
restricted to cutting of the foam blocks to various sizes according to the retailers demands
and packaging.

- Conversion of foam blocks to mattresses. We stock up more than to 200 different mattress
sizes which are sold directly to consumers and in bulk to retailers.

- Production and conversion of rebonded foam blocks which are used to produce various
mattress sizes and underlays which are majorly sold to consumers and sometimes sold to
retailers in block form who we then charge a fee for conversion and packaging.

- Production of over 10 pillow grades and different soft furnishings.
